Azamat Nazariy is a public administration and international development professional with over eight years of experience in government institutions. He currently leads the Department for Attraction of Loans, Grants, and Technical Assistance at the Center for Implementation of Foreign Investment Projects in the Water Sector under the Ministry of Water Resources. In this role, he mobilizes financing from international financial institutions and foreign government partners to advance priority water management projects. He also contributes to socio-economic monitoring and evaluation under the ADB’s Climate Adaptive Water Resources Management in the Aral Sea Basin Sector Project.
Azamat holds a Master’s degree in Global Management from the American University of Technology, along with Bachelor’s degrees in World Politics and in Literature. Since 2021, he has held leadership roles, recognized for strategic thinking, innovation, effective team building, and strong contributions to major investment and reform initiatives.
