Sim Sokcheng is Director of the Centre for Policy Research in Agriculture and Rural Development (CPARD) at the Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI). He leads multi‑country research initiatives on agriculture, rural development, and food security, with a strong focus on evidence‑based policy analysis and stakeholder engagement. Since joining CDRI in 2013, he has advanced collaborative networks such as the Greater Mekong Subregion Research Network and the Mekong‑Lancang Research and Policy Dialogue Program, contributing to regional dialogue and policy development in agriculture and rural livelihoods.
