With over 20 years of experience as a sustainability practitioner in conservation and nature-based solutions, she specialises in natural resource management, community-based conservation and livelihood programmes, sustainable plantation landscapes and ecosystems. Her work involves multi-stakeholder and bilateral engagement with governments, research institutions, private sector partners, NGOs, and local communities. She provides strategic technical support and promotes best practice in agriculture and natural resource management. 

She currently serves as Regional Director for CABI, leading programme strategy and operations in Southeast Asia. In this role, she advances sustainable agriculture and pesticide risk reduction initiatives, including integrated pest management, sustainable production and biodiversity, food safety and trade facilitation, as well as policy, extension, and capacity building.
