Shohei Takeuchi joined Ajinomoto Co., Inc. in 2001 and has extensive experience in technology development, strategic planning, and new business development in both domestic and international contexts. He currently serves as Head of Strategy for the Feed Division, leading strategic planning and new business development in Ajinomoto’s animal nutrition business. He is responsible for the AjiPro® L project, which applies amino acid based nutritional solutions to improve feed efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions from cattle, and enhance the economic performance of dairy and beef production. His work focuses on practical approaches that contribute to sustainable food systems by integrating nutrition, productivity, and climate outcomes.
