Rathana Peou Norbert-Munns is a Senior Agrifood Systems Policy Specialist with the UN Food Systems Coordination Hub and an award-winning futurist (APF-IF 2022). She has over 20 years of experience in development and more than 13 years in climate foresight and scenario planning across South and Southeast Asia. As the Hub’s Regional Focal Point for Asia and the Pacific, she co-designs and supports regional and national food systems dialogues, ensuring effective coordination and implementation of the Hub’s flagship programmes. Her work strengthens national convenors, supports multi-stakeholder engagement, and aligns food systems pathways and investments with NDCs. She previously served with CGIAR-CCAFS and FAO RAP, integrating climate foresight into national agrifood policy processes. She also serves on advisory bodies, including Transparency International, and is a member of the Oxford Foresight for Food Steering Committee.
