Dr. Pedcris M. Orencio is a Senior Officer at the ASEAN Secretariat with over two decades of experience implementing regional cooperation programs and resource management policy initiatives to advance agriculture development and climate-resilient systems. Formerly a Program Head at SEARCA and Associate Professor at UP Open University, he bridged the gap between scientific research and operational execution to contribute to sustainable land and agri-food systems transformation. He holds a Ph.D. and Master’s in Environmental Science from Hokkaido University, complemented by a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from UP Diliman.
