Since 2021, Nizelle Sy-Costiniano has been working with the ADB Board of Directors as a Senior Board Assistant for the Consistency Office of Belgium, France, Israel, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland. She has also been working with ADB's Health and Well-being team on projects such as the launch of the Employee Assistance Program and the Mental Health Training for Leaders. Prior to ADB, Nizelle was a Management Consultant for France and Sweden's trade and invest offices working on international business development in Asia, with a focus on health, infrastructure, retail and energy.
