With 15+ years of experience across digital public infrastructure, fintech, and agri-tech, Nikhil lead cross-functional teams to build scalable, citizen-centric platforms and deliver complex programs end to end.
He currently serves as Project Director – Digital Public Infrastructure at Protean eGov Technologies, where he drives enterprise program governance and execution across national-scale initiatives, including AgriStack, ONDC marketplace, AI-enabled agri-advisory solutions
Previously, he led Product portfolio at McKinsey & Company’s Ignite platform, owing product strategy and delivery for analytics and benchmarking solutions, he also worked with leading global Agile teams and client engagements across banking transformation projects.
Earlier roles at HDFC Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank focused on digital banking innovations, conversational AI, and growth strategy.
He holds a master’s degree in marketing from IMI, New Delhi and a bachelor’s in computer science.
