Mr. Martinho Laurentino Soares is currently the Director General for Agriculture, Coffee and Industrial Plants in the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Forestry (MALFF). He is also a senior staff member of MALFF who provides technical advice for agriculture sector, especially on irrigation, and the Project Chairperson for the Coffee and Agroforestry Livelihood Improvement Project since 2024.
