Ameta is a coffee entrepreneur from Atsabe, Timor-Leste. After overcoming significant hardship in his youth, he built his own coffee business, Café Organiku Atsabe, focused on improving coffee processing quality and creating opportunities for local farmers. Ameta first gained experience as a barista at Café Letefoho and received professional training in Bali and Japan. In 2018, he won first place at Festival Kafe Timor, demonstrating excellence in coffee processing. He has since trained farmers in his community and works with more than 100 households, helping them improve coffee quality and earn higher prices while strengthening local lives.
