Kinnaly Phommasack is Director of the ASEAN and Regional Cooperation Division at the Department of Planning and Cooperation, Ministry of Agriculture and Environment of Lao PDR. She has experience coordinating regional cooperation initiatives and managing donor-funded development programs, including projects supported by the Asian Development Bank. She holds a Master’s degree in Agribusiness.
