Dr. Hari has over 30 years of experience in agriculture and food security sector and worked with the Government of Nepal. He is looking after Planning and Development Cooperation Coordination Division under the Ministry. He has a Master’s degree in Plant Pathologist and PhD in Biological Pest Management. He brings diverse experience in plant protection, agriculture extension including Project formulation, policy making and program development. He was involved at the initial phase of NAFHA project development in Nepal and now coordinating its implementation. He has published several scientific articles in national and international peer reviewed journals and workshop proceedings, many feature articles in National newspapers and edited books and journals in agriculture sector.
