Ivan K. Landers is a Natural Resources and Agriculture Specialist at the Asian Development Bank, where he supports the development of investments and technical assistance programs focused on sustainable agricultural production, market systems development and integrated landscape management. Previously, Ivan served as an Agricultural Officer at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), where he provided global technical leadership to the Plant Production and Protection Division, and as the Technical Director for Agricultural Systems with ACDI/VOCA, leading the design and implementation of agricultural programming globally. Over the past two decades he has worked with MDBs, UN, NGOs, research organizations and cooperatives across Africa, Latin America, and Asia on climate-resilient agriculture, agroforestry, extension and advisory systems, and agricultural market systems development.
