Mr. Hu Faqiang is currently a member of the Party Group and deputy director of the Huangshan Municipal Development and Reform Commission (Huangshan DRC) in Anhui Province, with a bachelor's degree.
Mr. Hu has spent his career on the front lines of economic work, holding leadership roles across multiple key government bodies - township administrations in Tunxi District, the Tunxi District Government, and the Huangshan DRC. He brings deep theoretical knowledge and extensive practical experience to project planning, rural revitalization, and related fields. As the official directly responsible for the Anhui Huangshan Xin’an River Ecological Protection and Green Development Project loaned by ADB, Mr. Hu led it to being awarded the 2021 Best Performing Loan Project by China's Ministry of Finance and ADB. The project's success established it as a model for ADB operations in China, and he has presented its implementation experience at several international conferences.
