FU Jie is experienced in the international cooperation environmental protection and climate change field. He was appointed as the director of Foreign Environmental Cooperation Center in October 2025, and responsible for south-south cooperation. Before this appointment, he has been working in the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Ecology and Environment for 6 years, which is the authority of Environment in China, as the executive head of European, America, Oceania division and Asia, Africa, Latin America Division respectively.
