As Director of Regenerative Agriculture at The Rockefeller Foundation, Ms. Overbeeke leads in building programs that connect smallholder farmers to school meal markets – creating systems where children thrive and farmers prosper. She leads the regen component of Rockefeller Foundation’s $100 million school meals initiative, reaching 100 million children across 12+ countries. The model: source school meals from local farmers using regenerative practices. The result: better nutrition, farmer livelihoods, climate resilience, and rural jobs – all at once.
