Mr. Eric Quincieu is a Principal Water Resources Specialist in the Agriculture, Food, Nature, and Rural Development Division of the Southeast Asia and the Pacific Sector Office, Sectors Department 2 of the Asian Development Bank. Eric has 20 years of water resources management and agriculture experience in Asia and the Pacific. He focuses on water governance, infrastructure development, and climate change resilience. Mr. Quincieu is leading preparation and implementation of water resources and agriculture investments in Indonesia and the Philippines. Prior to his posting in Indonesia Mr. Quincieu was administering other ADB water sector operations in Southeast Asia.
Mr. Quincieu is a French national who has been working extensively for ADB and other development, private, and public sector organizations in Asia. He has been involved in project planning, design, and administration of water resource management and natural resources investment projects since 2000.
