Her background also includes extensive experience in China's carbon market, having worked at the Beijing Environment Exchange and as Managing Director of Elion Carbon Capital, where she pioneered major carbon credit projects and financial instruments. Ella holds a master’s degree in international political economy from LSE and serves on several national expert committees related to carbon neutrality and climate change.
