Dustin is a Water Resources Specialist in our Natural Capital and Climate Team, where he is currently co-leading ADB loans and technical assistance in Mongolia, PRC, India and Bangladesh. Prior to joining AFNR, he was the regional climate focal in ADB’s East Asia Department, where he provided quality assurance and strategic advice to mainstream climate-related risks and opportunities in investment loans. Dustin has over 13 years of project development and implementation experience at UNDP, the Global Environment Facility, and the World Bank. He holds a B.Sc. in Soil Science and Hydrology from the University of Potsdam, Germany, a Master of Environmental Management in Climate Change Economics from Yale University and a certificate in Finance from HBX. He published scientific articles in soil science, hydrology and climate change finance.
