Dulce Carandang is the Assistant FAO Representative for Programme of FAO Philippines. She oversees programme and project development, implementation, monitoring, and resource mobilization, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes and alignment with national priorities. She manages the Programme Unit and ensures projects promote FAO’s mandate and aligns with the Country Programming Framework (CPF) and the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework.(UNSDCF).
