His work focuses on integrated coastal and delta systems that underpin fisheries, aquaculture, and coastal livelihoods, combining science-based infrastructure design with nature-based and hybrid solutions. At ADB, he works with governments to develop practical investment programmes that strengthen coastal resilience while supporting sustainable economic and environmental outcomes.
