Benjamin Davies contributes to WHH’s global mission of fighting hunger and poverty by supporting agricultural development, food security programming, and rural livelihoods. His expertise spans agronomy, soil science, and environmental sustainability, with a strong focus on policy analysis and community-based approaches.

Benjamin holds a PhD in Land and Atmospheric Sciences from the University of Minnesota, an MSc in Soil Sciences from Texas A&M, and a BSc in International Agriculture and Rural Development from Cornell. He also completed a certificate in Non‑Profit Management, bridging technical expertise with leadership. His professional background includes serving as a USAID Foreign Service Officer in Agricultural Development, working on food security and rural development across Sub‑Saharan Africa. With extensive experience in program design, monitoring and evaluation, and policy engagement, Benjamin contributes significantly to international efforts on sustainable agriculture and resilience.

Through his work at WHH, Benjamin continues to advance evidence-based solutions that empower smallholder farmers, strengthen food systems, and address the root causes of hunger worldwide.
