Dr. Asadang Dusadi-isariyavong has been the Principal Medical and Health Specialist (for Staff Health) at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) since 2019. His role is crucial in promoting staff health and wellbeing, overseeing the ADB HQ Medical Center, and leading mental health and wellness initiatives. With a strong background in healthcare management, emergency medical services, quality management, and occupational health and safety, he has held various significant positions, including Deputy Director at a private hospital in Bangkok, Head of the Emergency Department at a large private hospital in Bangkok, Coordinating Doctor for International SOS, and Senior Specialist on Medical and Occupational Health at PTTEP. He has multiple publications on occupational health management, health risks assessment, ergonomic risks, and stress at work, and has presented at numerous international conferences. He holds a bachelor's degree in education from Thailand and a Doctor of Medicine from the Philippines, and is a trained occupational health physician and aviation medicine physician with special interests in health communication and health management policy in multinational organizations.
