Mr. Anton Urfels serves as a Senior Water Scientist at the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) where he leads IRRI's water team. He is also a Visiting Scientist at Cornell University and Wageningen University and Research. His work focuses on cutting-edge interdisciplinary research, dialogue, and development initiatives that foster more inclusive, sustainable, and resilient water use in agriculture across low- and middle-income countries.
