The Deputy Secretary Technical- is responsible for leading and driving strategy and operations of all the Technical departments of MAL and ensuring that it actively works to achieve the Ministries vision, mission, goals and values as contained in the Corporate Plan. Ensures that services are effectively provided for the clientele in terms of technical assistance research and extension support and through facilitation and informing the development of initiatives and partnerships at the national level, for strengthened sustainable agriculture development.
