Lin serves as the Country Climate Focal for ADB’s People’s Republic of China (PRC) Resident Mission and is currently on short-term assignment as the East Asia Regional Climate Focal, where she supports and advances ADB’s climate agenda in the PRC and Mongolia. Since joining ADB in 2024, she has provided in-depth technical support across policy diagnostics and engagement, as well as project operations.
She has over 15 years of professional working in Southeast Asia with a strong focus on community-based approaches. Prior to joining ADB, Lin was Program Director at the Global Environmental Institute, where she managed partnerships and donor relations and led initiatives on energy transition, forest and marine ecosystem conservation, responsible investment, and deforestation-free agricultural production. Earlier, Lin worked as a Community Development Specialist for Health Poverty Action in Myanmar, and as Supply Chain Coordinator at Carrefour Global Sourcing Asia.
