Alex is a Senior Natural Resources and Agriculture Specialist at ADB, working on Southeast Asia projects focused on resilience and agricultural value chains. He has about 25 years of development work experience in Central Asia, Southeast Asia, China and Africa where he worked for NGOs, microfinance institutions and sustainable commodities initiatives. Alex holds a MSc degree in Finance from Sciences-Po Paris and a MA in Chinese Studies from the Paris Institute of Oriental Studies.
